The Assure1 platform has been designed as an open, multi-tenant, highly scalable architecture to address the shortcomings of the legacy solutions while enabling future services. AIOps and Machine Learning (ML) are at the center of the Network Operations Center (NOC) transformation, bringing operational intelligence and actionable insights to deliver greater efficiencies, a better customer experience, and considerable cost savings. But not all ML solutions are equal. You can’t get answers to important questions if you don’t have the right data. ML will fail if it is not well implemented or if it is not able to handle the data explosion that new technologies are creating.

Assure1 uses all the data unfiltered with nothing thrown away – a true holistic single source of truth. It uses fully integrated ML that runs across the whole platform and analyses all data types, correlating information across domains to create real operational intelligence and actionable insights that drive business value: labor cost reductions (time and effort savings), SLA violations cost avoidance, and incident resolution cost avoidance (truck rolls reductions and others).

But the traditional ML approach alone will not deliver the greatest results. We have developed a unique approach called RCA3.
