Pre-Sales Engineer (USA and EMEA)

We are looking to hire technical experts in USA and EMEA to work closely with our sales teams to ensure solutions are tailored to meet our customer’s business and technical requirements, including:

  • Contribute to customer proposals and sales presentations
  • Attending meetings with sales, act as a technical expert, present demos and presentations
  • Work closely with customers to understand and capture requirements and help build business cases
  • Leading proof-of-concept efforts in close partnership with our customers

Required skills:

  • Previous experience working within a technical Pre-Sales position or in a similar role
  • Experience in application architectures including LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP/Perl) development and/or support
  • Applied knowledge of hardware, networking, operating systems, applications, software languages
  • General knowledge of IP networking – DNS, SNMP, routing, network administration
  • Experience in IT Operations, Security, SIEM, DevOps, and Application Delivery
  • Understanding of network topological concepts, RCA techniques and machine learning
  • Strong verbal and written skills and ability to relate technical information to non-technical staff
  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in business, computer science, or related discipline
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisational, problem solving and analytical skills

Senior Sales Executive

Looking for strong & proven consultative sales experience in software and technology sales in the Dallas and Denver metro areas, Washington D.C. area, Atlanta, and in Germany/Austria.

Required skills:

  • Sales experience in both large and small company environments
  • Experience with the longer sales cycles of transformational products
  • Skill in developing a network of C-level contacts and building knowledge of the business issues they face
  • Proven ability to understand enterprise wide issues and to structure innovative, integrated solutions that provide C-Level decisions support to organizations in achieving their business goals
  • Comprehensive understanding of technology buying centers
  • Extensive industry expertise and account knowledge
  • Strong level of business acumen
